For this reason, instead of strictly following ratio rules to save money and maximize profits, Glen View firmly believes in having additional support handy for smoother day-to-day operations and overall systems.
Glen View homes provides residential services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (ID/DD). We provide activities which help support skill building and activities of daily living. We intimately understand the importance of 3 key components that are critical when providing supports. Staff-to-individual ratio, building relationships, and encouraging and educating healthier options.
